Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Wausau, Wisconsin, for a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is within the eCommerce industry and involves a blend of B2B and B2C Marketing strategies, alongside SEM, SEO, Social Advertising, and CRM Marketing initiatives. The role will be Hybrid - 1 day per week ON SITE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive business growth

• Oversee eCommerce initiatives to enhance online presence and sales

• Utilize SEM and SEO tactics to increase website visibility and traffic

• Manage social advertising campaigns to expand brand awareness and customer engagement

• Employ CRM Marketing techniques to maintain strong relationships with customers and improve customer retention

• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives

• Stay updated with latest industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain competitive

• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in B2B Marketing

• Proven track record in B2C Marketing

• Proficiency in CRM Marketing

• Experience in eCommerce platforms and strategies

• Expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Experience in Social Advertising and its application in business promotion
