Description Position: UX/UI Developer

　　Salary: up to $100K + 10% bonus

　　As the UX/UI Developer you will collaborate across the enterprise on new initiatives and enhancements. You will have the ability for future and additional growth and responsibilities and opportunities. You will report to the Director of Product Development and partner with all other leaders within the organization. You will be empowered to make strategic decisions and implement best practice solutions and be recognized and rewarded for your results. You will not be muddled into numerous meaningless meetings or unending levels of approval on decisions. Rather you will have open collaborative conversations with the Director of Product Development and other leaders, where your thoughts and opinions will be valued and decisions and actions will be quickly acted upon. 　　Requirements :

　　• 5+ years in UI/UX Design

　　• Experience in design and prototyping tools (Pendo is a plus)

　　• Proven experience gathering and evaluating customer user requirements and collaborating with product managers and software engineers.

　　• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and or sitemaps.

　　• Designing graphic user interface elements (menus, tabs, other)

　　• Possess a mindset that is: confident, self-directed, collaborative, detailed, results-oriented and adaptable.
