　　Storage Center Assistant Manager Primary Responsibilities:

　　Handle transactions, storage rentals and customer service.

　　Keep regular, detailed and complete records.

　　Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site.

　　Assist the storage center manager with directing and motivating center personnel.

　　Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

　　Storage Center Assistant Manager Minimum Qualifications:

　　Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record

　　Excellent communication and customer service skills

　　An eye for detail

　　Physical Demands:

　　The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.

　　Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. "Sam" Shoen and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, recognized that need and acted upon it.
