Clearances Lead engineer will be responsible for HPC, LPT and HPT clearance evaluations on new products and mature engine lines. In this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. You will be responsible for work distribution, execution and maintaining superb relationship with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities
As the Clearances Lead Engineer, you will:
Execute with guidance from Senior Engineer the analysis, design, test and/or integration related to assigned components, assemblies or systems that meet business standards, practices and procedures, and meet the product/program requirements.
Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements. Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments. Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems.
Provide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams.
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, assemblies and/or systems consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments.
Lead and participate in organizational efforts in design, analysis, test and manufacturing technology, quality, productivity and other initiatives.
Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Required Qualifications
MSc/BSc in Engineering
Strong organization and analytical skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong oral and written communication skills especially in English
Solid experience in an Engineering position.
Desired Characteristics
Experience relevant to clearances areas of expertise and knowledge of related disciplines (basic aero, compressor & turbine airfoils design, mechanical design).
Fundamental understanding of the design, test and analysis tools relevant to the function.
Highly motivated, passionate, and exceptional communication skills.
