Aerotek is looking to hire Maintenance Technicians near the East Greenbush, NY area!

　　Pay: $20.00/hr -$22.00/hr

　　1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday-Friday)

　　Location: East Greenbush, NY

　　Start date: ASAP!

　　These positions will require some general construction experience along with the ability to provide excellent customer service!*

　　Description:

　　The technician will be responsible for painting, drywall repair and patching as well as light carpentry. You will be responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in.

　　Skills:

　　construction, remodeling, drywall, carpentry, preventive maintenance, repair, hand tool

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　Previous building maintenance or property maintenance experience.

　　Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

　　Customer Service.

　　Previous painting experience
