You will be responsible for managing end to end operations for a Trust Safety client, where Content Moderators role is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text based content and or investigating, escalating and or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious . Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. You will be accountable for results of work to both Accenture and client.
You will be responsible for Operations, medium term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals.
Provide and implement business focused solutions within time & cost constraints
You will be accountable for developing and managing key internal external client relationships and for client satisfaction ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
You will be accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitors and reports on budgetary aspects within own area.
May have significant input to budget setting financial proposals and reviews.
Lead and manage a team and allocate resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members.
Manage and ensure consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources and performance management within area of responsibility.
Define and manage group team structures and resource levels to support business needs.
People management and engagement are a key function of this role.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT
At least 3 years of managerial experience in the Trust & Safety industry - preferable
Minimum 1.5 year on the current role, demonstrating ability to meet SLAs metrics
Strong business acumen, client facing experience revenue financial management
Tangible transformation records and ability to drive E2E change Management with proper Ops rigor
Experience managing productivity driven operation within estipulated wellness standards
Experience managing quality driven operation on a regional level with strong recovery plans data driven backbone
Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
Ability to drive special projects, to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment
Solid knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, labor law
Proven focus on Continuous improvement and adding value to clients
Extensive experience in Content Review Process is mandatory
