We have operated in Colorado for more than 100years and today have mining and milling operations near Leadville, Kremmlingand Empire. Our Climax mine is located between Frisco and Leadville. OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　DescriptionPerforms duties related to the operation of haul trucks to transport materialsfrom loading areas to processing areas at a skilled level.

　　Responsible for understanding changes to assigned work areas and anypotential hazardsResponsible for performing inspections to maximize equipment and tire lifeand executes assignments from computerized dispatch system and/or two-wayradioMay assist with training and mentoring of other equipment operatorsMay also operate other heavy equipment which may include, but is notlimited to, water trucks, motor graders, and track and rubber tire dozersResponsible for knowing the following procedures: start-up andshut-down, fueling, fire, runaway, emergency, and accidentResponsible for having knowledge of payload measurement system, overspeed alarm, dispatch codes, shovel and truck horn signals, secondarybrake, and park brakeResponsible for the safe and skilled performance of the following tasks:spotting at shovel, loading, traveling, dumping on stockpiles, anddumping at crusherResponsible for having operational knowledge of equipment components suchas: engine, transmission, planetary final drives, main drive line,nose cone assembly, torque converter, differential, and wet disc brakingsystemMay perform and assist with operations support activities such as,housekeeping, barricading, cable moves, and ground support activitiesMay perform minor maintenance activitiesPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum Qualifications

　　Six (6) months of mobile equipment operating experiencePreferred Qualifications
