Operates production equipment, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of products.
Follow blueprints, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Direct and coordinate customer requests for service of equipment.
Confer with supervisors and engineering personnel to resolve design and/or operational problems.
Assess and resolve customer complaints.
Assist with the commissioning activities where needed.
Assist with on-floor testing of equipment where needed.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of service-related documents. Create new documents as needed or requested.
Keep management informed of current issues relating to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
High school Diploma (required).
Sewing skills.
Pattern making skills, Pattern software skill (Optitex).
