Job Summary
HRI, Inc., a leader in heavy civil construction since 1947, has an opening for an experienced and energeticTriaxle Drivers. HRI has many openings for Drivers in its Reynoldsville, Curtin Gap, and Muncy locations. The position is within our Highway Road Construction, where we are a leader in asphalt paving, products, and general heavy civil construction.
Main Responsibilities
Applies the safety guidelineslinked to their activities including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment.Prepares for their work:analysis of the information concerning the carrying out of the work, transfer of vehicles to the construction site, installs construction site signs and provides access roads in compliance with the traffic rules for safe work.Takes care of the proper adjustment of their equipment and vehiclesbefore operating them.Carries out the work, operating the vehiclesaccording to the prerogatives of the required authorizations and ensuring safety.Carries out workbased on precise directives from their hierarchy.Maintains vehicles:clearing and verification of vehicles after use, carries out standard upkeep (minor repairs) in observance of the companyas environmental guidelines and the regulations,notifies their manager in the event of anomalies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferredValid driversa license with the ability to maintain a clean driving history
Skills
The qualified candidates will have a class A or B CDLApplicants must be able to work varying shifts and long hours dependent on market demands
