　　Global Treasury is responsible for managing Intel's cash and liquidity, investments, debt, manage financial risks, credit and collections, and insurance and risk management..

　　The Systems Controls and Administration Specialist is part of Global Treasury Technology team. The team's vision is to deliver innovative solutions for Treasury, using state-of-the-art technology. Our mission includes driving forward-looking technologies, enabling efficient execution of current and evolving business, leading automation initiatives and providing support to Treasury Controls Team.

　　I am looking for an action-oriented candidate, who is systems savvy, understands overall Treasury processes and interdependencies, and able to act with sense of urgency to resolve day to day issues.

　　The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

　　Ensure Treasury policies are applied to all systems, trading, and banking portals, thru configuration of payment flows, approval processes, security roles and user administration.Ownership of static data relevant for payments, trade confirmations and legal entities.Act as business analyst for Bank Account Management and Payment related systems, including support to migrating the current systems into S4 HANA solution.Drive controls efficiencies thru leveraging existing tools and systems capabilities, and lead BPM initiatives.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

　　Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business or, Accounting, information systems, industrial engineering or related field.7+ years of related practical experience (Treasury Operations / Payments / Controls).3+ years of experience with system configuration and technical orientation.1+ year of experience with SAP.Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

　　Proficient knowledge of Intel Finance systems such as FAE, AGS, DocuSign, Matrix.Experience with BPM and project management.

　　Working Model

　　This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
