The ability to give the same level of attention and detail to each and every patient, maintain a smooth flow of examinations, and cover the front desk to ensure all questions and inquiries are handled accordingly.If you're a team player with a warm and welcoming attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, we'd love for you to join our team!ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Greets all visitors and examinees and directs them appropriatelyAnswers all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Screens each call, obtaining the callers' name and relevant detail regarding the nature of the call, then routes the call appropriately.When necessary, reviews chart to verify examinee name, file number, case type, etc. and adds any additional information on chart appointment sheet prior to examination.Provides examinees with all required paperwork for completion and ensures placement in the chart.Routes examinee to exam room, vitals room and/or x-ray room as needed.When necessary, chaperones examinations with female examinees or as requested by physician.Maintains a smooth flow of examinations to ensure appointments are kept on schedule.Performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required.Oversees the cleanliness of the lobby and reports any issues to management.Promotes effective and efficient utilization of clinical resources and supplies.Participate in various educational and or training activities as required.Perform other duties as assigned.ReceptionistCustomer ServiceHotelQualificationsCollege graduates, those looking to gain experience, and those who are seeking a career change are all welcome here!EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 6 months on the job experience in a medical office or related field preferred.QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to perform day travel as requiredMust hold a valid state Driver's LicenseMust possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephoneMust be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.MES Solutions, a respected pioneer of the independent medical examination (IME) and peer review services industry, is setting the standard for independent review services nationwide.
