Description:
We are currently seeking a Traveling Project Manager to support plumbing and mechanical construction projects for schools, hospitals, multi-family, and other commercial buildings
This person will be traveling up to 70% of the time back and forth from Colorado and Kansas
The Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination and management, customer satisfaction, account development and management, mentoring team members, overseeing Project Engineers, and interfacing with field trade leaders, field craftsmen, and laborers
Typical size of each project varies from $500,000-$1M
Review, analyze, and update Labor Hours/Job Cost Report information with management on weekly basis
Optimize project opportunity through field/pre-fabrication planning, CAD, and maintaining an organized schedule without compromising the quality, safety or completion date of the project
Complete schedule preparation to include resource/budget allocation and Labor Resource
Based out of Colorado Springs, CO

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Prior experience working in the construction industry and overseeing projects
Valid Driver's License
Must be willing to travel when needed
Work Environment:
Traveling Position: Will be based in Colorado Springs, CO, and will be traveling most of the time back and forth to Garden City, Kansas We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
