This person will lead the overall UX design and research for Prime and, with their team, partner with Product, Marketing, Branding, and Technical partner teams to drive engaging customer experiences for Amazon. This leader and their team of user experience designers and researchers will continue to set the vision and deliver for Prime's customers, playing a vital role in this exciting evolution of Prime.The right candidate for this role has a proven track record of design leadership, a passion for customers, significant management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance big experience initiatives with critical details.
