Under limitedsupervision, reconcile and determine entitlement for interest, principalpayments, maturities, dividends (domestic and foreign), and principaldistributions for final credit to Trust client accounts. Coordinatepurchases and redemptions of certificate of deposits for Trust Companycustomers. Setup and maintain Trust account loans and mortgages on theTrust Accounting system and on the Core Bank platform. Process paymentsin the applicable systems and distribute year end statements and taxforms after verification and review to ensure accurate reporting.Oversee the distribution and entitlement of proxy material for companymeetings, ensuring the proper handling of all proxy votes.JobAccountabilities * Determine entitlement by monitoring record date andprojection reports received from depositories and reconciling rate andshare/bond information. Research any discrepancies, communicate withdepositories and process necessary changes to Trust client accountsprior to payable dates, * Process income payments on payable date topost interest, principal payments, maturities, dividends (domestic &foreign), principal distributions and reinvestment of interest anddividends to Trust client accounts. Monitor daily exception reports todetermine where what was forecasted does not match payment received.Research exceptions when necessary to determine proper entitlement andprocess necessary entries to address exceptions. Submit any claims tothe various depositories to address any claims on income discrepancies.* Review/monitor payments for mortgage backed securities forappropriate principal and interest payments. Ensure proper payments arereceived based on principal and income factors provided by thedepositories.
