Position Summary

　　Gas Services Technician is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance and qualification of ultra pure and bulk gas systems.

　　Compensation: $24.00/hr.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform preventative maintenance on equipment under the supervision of a more senior technician.

　　Trouble shoot and determine the cause of equipment alarms under the supervision of more senior technician.

　　Read and interpret blueprints, process flow and instrumentation drawings, and electrical schematics. 

　　Respond and clear equipment alarms utilizing Human Machine Interface (HMI).

　　Complete required customer provided safety training within specified time.

　　Create and form trusting relationships with customers and peers.

　　Adhere to company and OSHA safety requirements.

　　Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

　　Possess basic electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic technical troubleshooting skills. 

　　Familiar with the of use basic hand and power tools.

　　Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC).

　　Basic understanding of statistics and statistical process control (SPC).

　　Ability to certify for air purifying respirators (APR) and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).

　　Ability to learn area SCADA systems.

　　Ability to learn customer specific software.

　　Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

　　Excellent time management.

　　Good understanding of MS Office. 

　　Ability to effectively communicate with peers and customers.
