Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and process-driven Global Workplace Manager to champion our fast-paced, hard-working and fun-filled environment. This person will be responsible for managing daily office operations consistent with our Keeper brand. You’ll report directly to our Chief of Staff and create unified and scalable processes for facilities and office management across our global locations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Office Manager of our Chicago, IL global headquarters and manage a global team of office managers located in the US, Ireland and Japan thereby ensuring consistency of operations
Oversee day-to-day operations of our offices and build a unified workplace for our global teams
Develop and implement strategies to continually elevate our employee experience, communication, productivity and positive energy
Maintain welcoming, professional, clean and secure office environments for all team members and guests
Establish and maintain consistent workplace safety, conduct risk assessments and business continuity protocols that align with local laws and customs
Coordinate with building management and facilities’ vendors to ensure efficient operations and ongoing maintenance
Manage procurement of all office supplies, snacks, beverages and in-office meals
Ensure efficient use of company resources in accordance with the operating budget
Partner with IT to ensure smooth technical operations in all offices
Plan and direct office meetings, team building experiences and other events
Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources and IT, to ensure a positive new hire onboarding process
Facilitate the shipping and receiving process and run general office-related errands
Serve as a strategic partner to drive employee engagement and alignment globally
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in office, workplace, and/or operations management (technology industry experience preferred)
2+ years of people management experience
Experience supporting global operations and facilities
Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule to accommodate multiple time zones
Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence
Confident team-player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
