　　Job Description:

　　Responsible to ensure that the Transportation vendors have the capacity and capability to meet the internal and external Customer requirements in terms of service, cost, and control.

　　Responsible for continuous improvement of the operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the business.

　　Do internal and external benchmarking to deliver best practices, cost and service.

　　Collaborate with Physical Distribution team and Customer Logistic team at country and regional level to drive the business.

　　Job Qualifications

　　Preferred Competency:

　　Strong leadership, work with discipline, innovative and fast learning

　　Both Fresh and experienced hire (not more than 3 years) are accepted

　　Background can be both Economics and Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain major is a plus point
