　　Job Summary

　　The Transportation Associate is accountable for coordinating and performing the pickup and delivery of patients and/or the general public who request transportation through Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital community van services.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

　　Licensure/Certification/Registration

　　Nebraska Valid Driver’s License required

　　Work Schedule

　　PRN, varied shifts; as needed

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$17.00 - $20.50 per hour
