Transmission Line Engineer

　　Tampa, FL

　　System One is currently seeking a Transmission Line Engineer on a direct hire position located in Tampa, FL.

　　Transmission Line Engineer Responsibilities:

　　Work closely with the team of transmission engineers and our utility clients on the design and installation of overhead electric transmission lines.

　　The Transmission Engineer will use various industry standard in-house and client-based software applications to design and develop engineering construction packages.

　　Transmission Line Engineer Requirements:

　　Bachelor of Science in engineering

　　Minimum 1-3 years of direct experience in designing high-voltage overhead transmission lines

　　Experience with PLS-CADD and PLS Pole

　　Knowledgeable in design of transmission foundations

　　Familiar with foundations design programs (FAD, LPile, APile, etc.)

　　Familiar with transmission line hardware and materials

　　Familiar with NESC, ASCE, IEEE, ACI and other industry standards

　　Knowledge of Microsoft office suite

　　Valid driver’s license

　　Pre-employment drug screening and background check

　　Duration: Direct hire

　　Location: Tampa, FL

　　Pay Rate: $75-100k
