　　Job Summary:

　　Registered nurses (RNs) provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families. Role & Responsibilities:

　　The RN would be responsible for shift work such as passing medications.AssessmentsObtaining/transcribing physician ordersMaintaining inventory of suppliesNotifying case manager RN/Triage/MOC of changes in conditions of individualsAll documentation associated with the above tasks and other shift duties.Conducts nursing assessments; and obtains, records, and updates individuals' health information and vital signs, using standard instruments and procedures.Administers medications and nursing procedures to individuals as prescribed.Prepares, implements, and modifies nursing care plans; provides clinical supervision and/or instruction to direct care staff in completing care tasks; and delegates responsibility for appropriate nursing activities, skills, and/or procedures to direct care staff.Certifications & Licenses:
