　　Responsibilities

　　Programe / Project manage - Managing Team (all people management aspects) which comprises of Technical experts and is directly working with Global team , in matrix kind of set up Manage Vendor / delivery Partner - Ensure proactive planning in terms of upcoming milestones and stage gates for implementation using Agile and relevant Project management methodology.Increase Transformation foot prints - Expand Transformation penetration in region Sector as well as HQ via regular governance model. Support other teams reaching out for understanding available functionality in global tools and moving away from satellite solutions outside global tool. Be evangelist of global tools across all team, HBS, Sector, BU..Stakeholder engagement (IT, Sector, HQ, other teams) - Ensure close alignment with stakeholders for seamless team and project management.
