  Requirements:

  Have MS Office product experience.

  Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education.

  Have prior business environment work experience.

  Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

  About the Role:

  This is a great opportunity to learn about Medicaid Provider support, medical eligibility, and claims process!

  Responsibilities include taking new provider applications from receipt to inclusion in NH Medicaid as well as updating existing providers. This involves accurate and timely entry of provider data, including provider applications and contact information, status changes, revalidations. It also includes following up with providers as needed to obtain information for the enrollment process.

  As a Provider Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  Providing data entry support

  Having a courteous and professional telephone manner

  Following up on missing information

  Maintaining information by reviewing, entering, logging documentation

  Meeting quality controls and production standards

  Assisting with other duties as assigned
