  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Manager IV in Albany, GA

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  The Training Manager IV manages the Maverick training organization. They review existing training programs and suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention to meet the changing needs of the customer. They ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective. They maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to Maverick and/or industry. They identify problems and opportunities that could improve training, such as operational changes or industry developments. They conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions as well as collaborate with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs. They ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to an approved training budget that they prepare and implement. Lastly, they supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

  Basic Qualifications:

  12 years of related experienceMinimum Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in a related area or a HS Degree and 16 years’ experience

  A candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

  Required Certifications

  7 years of relevant experience. Preferred areas of commercial or military experience may be with training individuals on military hardware or systems and the management of training requirements.Security Clearance Requirements:

  Current Top-Secret ClearancePhysical Requirements:

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law. ManTech may choose not to apply for a license for such individuals whose access to export-controlled technology or software source code may require authorization and may decline to proceed with an applicant on that basis alone.
