• Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills
Should be Expert in GIS, OSM (Open street Mapping), Street Names, Addressing and Navigational Projects
• Willingness to work 24/7 - needs to be comfortable with working in shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:
Core responsibility is to meet and connect with new hires on a daily basis to understand their issues
• Interact with the process on-boarding team and prospective selects for ensuring 100% compliance as detailed in the RFP and NDA
• Liaise with support functions for effective resolution of trainee issues
• Engage trainees in an effective manner during the Trainee Awaiting Training Phase in order to arrest infant attrition.
• Should be able to have excellent rapport with training and WFM stakeholders to understand training requirement and numbers and accordingly allocate and manage training labs
• Should be able to represent as a Wipro Brand Ambassador in front of new hires
