The Boeing Company is seeking a National Aviation Authority Coordinator (NAA) at the Miami Training Campus in Florida. The NAA Coordinator will maintain flight simulator qualifications and compliance.
In this role, you will manage and modify information to support evaluations and qualifications of flight simulators. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, other training organizations, federal aviation organizations, and foreign aviation organizations in overseeing the approval, modification, and certification of flight simulators. You will review objective flight simulator data and attend subjective testing of flight simulator while overseeing the results. Ensure all pilot, technical staff, and special test equipment (calibrated), are available to support quality flyouts, continuing qualification, and special evaluations. Maintain documentation for the qualification of the simulators as required by the regulations applicable at the campus, and the requirements of the SOQM. Responsible for completion of any regulatory documentation when there is an addition or deletion of qualification(s) to the Statement of Qualification. Ensure that the electronic simulator configuration database is maintained with current and future evaluation dates and must be monitored monthly to ensure that they are scheduled in a timely manner with the appropriate organization.
This position will be 100% onsite at the Miami, FL facility.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
3+ years' experience working with diverse teams on projects requiring regulatory oversight.
5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office suite as well as Adobe Acrobat.
3+ years' experience with an auditor or regulatory oversight.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Basic knowledge on regulatory documentation that pertains to the modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware, and software.
Basic knowledge in the field of simulation, particularly aircrew (flight) simulators and/or trainers
3+ years' experience working with aviation regulatory agencies or foreign aviation organizations.
Analytical skills - to be able to work with big data files and precisely analyze information
Communication skills - to be able to communicate with crews, engineers, technicians as part of day-to-day operations

Typical Education/ Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
