  Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Quality Product Acceptance Specialist (Variable Shift) to support the 737 Propulsion South Carolina Program based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

  Position Responsibilities :

  Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.

  Provides objective evidence of results.

  Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.

  Identifies and documents discrepancies.

  Segregates and controls non-conforming items.

  Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance.

  Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.

  Identifies repetitive or significant nonconformances and initiates requests for corrective action.

  This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Charleston, South Carolina location.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  Willing to work any assigned shift based on the needs of operation.

  1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry

  1+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  1+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience to identify critical activities and tasks within work groups

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  1+ years of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis

  1+ years of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience

  1+ years of experience working in a cross functional work environment

  1+ years of experience in a formal or information team leadership role

  Typical Education/Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

  Relocation:

  This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

  Shift Work Statement:

  This position is variable shift. Variable shift means you will be placed on a shift at the time of hire based on business needs at that time. You will remain on that shift until re-evaluation of the need.

  Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range : $46,750 - $63,250
