Overview of the Position:
Administer and assist the trainer in various aspects of the company’s training program. Responsible for administering new hire and recurrent training documents. Lead all recurrent training monthly meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Requires playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assign OJT training forms for all jobs being performed. Track OJT completion.
Administer outline and test upon OJT completion in conjunction with Quality department
Communicate and ensure employee has received stamp after training is complete.
Administer training documents for all new hire and probationary employees
Responsible for scanning and filing all new hire and recurrent training documentation.
Responsible for updating and formatting any changes to outlines, tests, and answer keys.
Manage and maintain each employee’s training file in the Intranet.
Administer and grade tests for individuals for compliance
Lead all recurrent monthly training meetings
Assist trainer with assigned training meetings.
Create and maintain the roster for each training meeting and upload to the Training Manager.
Facilitate training correlating with the approved trainer list.
Maintain and Update the Approved Trainer List quarterly.
Responsible for assigning and maintaining Job Descriptions
All duties as assigned.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Should have intermediate computer software skills to include Word, Excel, and powerpoint.
Must speak, read, and write the English language.
Education / Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Prior training and administrative experience preferred.
