Job Summary
Sous la supervision du responsable de l'assistance technique et de la formation, le coordinateur de la formation sera responsable de la gestion de la formation pour tous nos clients. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects de la formation, ainsi que de la logistique de la formation, afin de garantir que la formation est effectuée avec le plus grand professionnalisme.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Créer le programme annuel de formation en fonction des besoins du marché.
En collaboration avec l'équipe de vente, évaluer les demandes de formation en fonction des besoins et créer des offres.
Collaborer à l'élaboration du budget annuel.
Sélectionner les salles de formation et les traiteurs.
Gérer la logistique du transport des dossiers de formation.
Gérer les courriels dans les environnements de formation virtuels et veiller à ce que les clients soient pris en charge.
Créer des accès dans Microsoft Dynamics, mettre à jour les clients dans le CRM.
Faciliter l'accès des étudiants à la LP et suivre les progrès.
Tenir à jour la feuille de route de la formation
Création de divers documents et correspondance avec les clients (réception de l'inscription, confirmation de la formation, création de certificats, lettre d'évaluation, réponses aux demandes et correspondance avec les fournisseurs).
Rédaction des lettres d'invitation pour l'obtention des visas.
Réservation de salles de formation et déjeuners pour la formation.
Commande d'articles promotionnels.et de certificats.
Créer et expédier des commandes dans Syteline et traiter les cas particuliers.
Mise à jour de la liste principale des clients.
Vérification des comptes de dépenses des employés - formation et support technique
Suivi du budget de formation.
Tableaux des revenus et dépenses liés à la formation.
Recherche de nouveaux lieux pour les formations futures.
S'assurer que le matériel de formation est maintenu en bon état et coordonner les réparations.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
• Parfaitement bilingue anglais ∕ français (parlé et écrit)
• 3-5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire
• Expérience en planification et logistique
• Connaissance avancée de la bureautique (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Apparence soignée, éloquence, compétences interpersonnelles, respect et bon jugement.
• Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et de l'organisation dans votre travail.
• Souci du détail et conscience professionnelle
• Capacité à gérer des demandes simultanées
• Capable de gérer des demandes simultanées - Capable de traiter des demandes urgentes pouvant survenir en dehors des heures de travail.
• Attitude axée sur le client
