  How will you make an impact in this role?

  Every one of our Operations Team Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand.   Daily Responsibilities:

  The position will be responsible for daily review of all legal documentation regarding Account Continuation either prior to or after an Account Holder has deceased.

  Each case must be processed and completed within a Service Level Agreement time frame.

  Attention to detail is a must in this role.

  Strong ability to multi-task

  Correctly process account closures to include account payments.

  Work closely with American Express Legal General Council office for legal requests needing further clarification.

  Process all supporting customer operations request from the customer.

  Review all control reports to ensure adherence to regulatory guideline.

  Continue to update all related procedure for the legal process.

  Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

  Willingness to pivot when needed to support the Bank and learn processes outside hired job description.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Banking operations experience mandatory.

  Experience working deceased account documents e.g., Probate court documents, beneficiary instruction payment etc.

  Strong attention to detail is a must in this role.

  Strong ability to multi-task

  Proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.

  Ability to navigation multiple servicing platforms.

  Proven ability to manage change and continuous learning.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Qualifications

  Salary Range: $20.00 to $38.45 hourly bonus benefits

  The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
