　　Responsibilities:

　　Human Resources Planning and Organization:

　　· Recruitment, selection, and allocation of suitable workers for specific construction projects (Polish and Romanian citizens).

　　· Scheduling work shifts according to the needs of individual construction sites.

　　Transportation Logistics Management:

　　· Organization and coordination of worker transportation between their home country and construction sites in Germany.

　　· Ensuring that transportation is performed efficiently and in accordance with the schedule.

　　Employee Accommodation Management:

　　· Arranging apartments for employees (ordering through designated intermediary companies).

　　· Managing rental agreements, payments, and other matters related to accommodation.

　　Interdepartmental Communication and Collaboration:

　　· Maintaining constant communication between all parties involved in the project: construction management, employees, and the client.

　　· Coordinating meetings, reporting progress, and managing the expectations of all parties.

　　Documentation Management and Regulatory Compliance:

　　· Maintaining and updating employee documentation, including contracts, health and safety training, and documents related to transportation and accommodation.

　　· Ensuring that all activities comply with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

　　Budget and Cost Monitoring

　　Requirements:

　　Native Romanian speaker

　　Fluent German language ( + English is an advantage)

　　Knowledge of MS Office

　　Good organizational and communication skills

　　Ability to solve problems quickly

　　Project management skills
