Job Description
Conducts a variety of analytics to ensures Intel's global operations are compliant with trade laws and regulations. Classifies goods or technology being imported/exported, obtains import/export licenses, completes required documentation and compiles reports. Provides centralized approach in managing the resource, knowledge, tools requirements, and data structure(s) related to common and repetitive transactionbased tasks. Analyzes import/export processes, programs or projects to determine methods for efficiency and delivery process improvements, and documents outcomes/efficiencies. Implements and improves standard operating procedures. Manages customs brokers, supply chain partnerships, and export programs. Troubleshoots and resolve specific crossborder trade compliance exceptions and issues. Maintains underlying data sources that enable efficient crossborder trade.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required; • Expert understanding of customs regulations and processes;• Experience communicating with government trade regulators and senior business leaders• Excellent working level of MS Excel, MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems• Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail and outstanding organizational ability• Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
