The Opportunity
Analyze and give Obela Mexico and Global HQ visibility of all P&L lines, identifying opportunities, and prioritizing profit improvement while managing Cash Flow and BOY Forecast Develop Financial and Business Strategy for the Obela Business in Mexico This position also encompasses Financial Reporting, Budget Management and Sales Finance.As part of the Obela Finance role, the position provides analytical and strategic guidance to the Business to help in the diagnosis and resolution of performance management issues, improves the understanding of total BU economics, and facilitates the development of short-term and long-term performance targets in order to deliver Business Targets. Finance role is primarily strategic in nature and supports the category planning and business plan development. Regarding Sales Finance, this position is responsible for generating Insightful financial analysis that support business decisions and provides planning and budget management support to S&D and A&M investment. Finally this position is also responsible for the financial reporting process and provide closure analysis, submiting financial reporting packages and business performance visibility for Local and HQ instances.

Your Impact
As Obela FP&A Head your scope would consist of:
Financial Planning, Forecasting and Financial reporting
Lead the planning process across the BU to generate the Annual Operating Plan and FCST (P&L and OCF)Develop BU Forecast D&A, cost and overall financial performance to propose action plans to enhance performanceEnable BU S&OP process to ensure alignment between financial & demand plansEnsure Financial Reporting Processs and provide closure analysis identifying P&L main drivers and their impacts in balance of year forecast
Performance Management and Business Development
Ensure an effective analysis and visibility of BU results focused on internal and external performanceProvide relevant and timely financial information that enables the decision making processPartner with Commercial, Operation and Marketing Areas to analyze portfolio performance and evaluate financial impact of business initiativesP&L Performance Management (trade offs, gap closing, measures)
Strategic Planning & Business Development
Lead the development of the long and short term strategies for Obela Mexico Generate, coordinate & execute Strat Plan in the BU ensuring strategies & initiatives alignment with company objectives Prioritize resources to deliver strategic commitmentsDevelop BU pricing strategy together with HQ and Comercial teams
Controllership Agenda
Ensure compliance agenda for accounting norms, P&P SABRA/PepsiCo and regulatory requirementsEnsure timely and accuracy closing and reporting process (including P&L, BS and OCF) Develop and Ensure finance enabler to support business growth (basic procedures, reports, KPIs, bestpractices, be a key partner)Responsible for effective annual Audit Certification by external and internal auditors
Productivity and Transformation
Ensure BU Productivity Plan (D&A, Cost, Opex)Develop Revenue management strategy in conjunction with Revenue Management teamSupport Portfolio transformation (I)Specialist in EPM, SAP
Qualifications

Experience
+ 10 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Commercial, Financial Reporting roles both internally and externally.Education: Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accountant (MBA preferred) Experience in partnering with an executive teamStrong interpersonal and communications skills, that enable liaison and negotiations at all levels both internally & externally Knowledge of core Business processes (make, move and sell).Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment.Highly entrepreneurial with ability to identify new business opportunities.Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.Adaptable to multi-cultural environment90-100% fluent in EnglishStrong analytical abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communications skillsBlend of control and planning financeLeadership capabilitiesConsumer understandingDrive for resultsBusiness partner to GMs and COOProactive / takes initiative / Collaboration Acting with integrityBasic knowledge of EPM, SAP and TableauComputer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point
