Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - Total Supply Chain

Responsibilities
Own the period close and forecasting process for consolidated reporting across Supply Chain, provide insights on key performance drivers and play a critical leadership role in developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for items crossing Supply Chain functions (i.e. NCI). Partner closely with HQ Supply Chain Ops teams. Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain Finance, Asset Strategy and Brand teams to ensure all innovation and new lines are captured during AOP and Forecast. Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support the business and partner with supply chain resources to drive the productivity and continuous improvement agenda.*Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Rolling Frito-Lay Sales LP office in Plano, Texas.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related (3 year foreign bachelor's degree accepted) and five (5) years of experience in offered or related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: financial, accounting and controls experience; translating analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes; initiating and leading projects to completion; and effectively interacting with all levels of management. Must have three (3) years of experience with: forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling; excel ad-in tools such as Essbase/Smartview; and track record of continuous process improvement. Must have one (1) year of experience with SAP Financial tools.5% domestic and international travel is required.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 - $177,850 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryBonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
