　　Job DescriptionGrinds carbide stick blades on CNC grinding equipment.Inspects and gages blades on optical gaging equipment to tolerances of +/- .0002".Assemble/disassembles Triac and Spiron cutter heads for gear hobbing.Identifies and fulfills low inventories of cutting heads on the production floor as well as blade inventories in the cutter grind room.Grinds carbide round tools on Anca TG7 machines.Knowledge of blue print reading, GD&T, and CNC programming.Builds, inspects, repairs arbors for gear cutting, lapping and testing equipment.Maintains good housekeeping of equipment.
