What you will Bring:Associate Design Engineer Qualifications:Requires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study, ORAssociate's degree and six (6) years of related engineering experience
Ability to learn and understand raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
Design Engineer Qualifications:Requires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience ORAssociate's degree and nine (9) years of related engineering experience
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
Senior Design EngineerRequires one of the following:Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and six (6) years of related engineering experience, ORAssociate's degree and twelve (12) years of related engineering experience
Advanced knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
All Levels RequireAbility to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks in both team and independent environmentsKnowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various productsKnowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applicationsKnowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and modelsAbility to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environmentsStrong verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related informationUse logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
