  This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with the production team to develop compelling and relevant storylines, segments, and features. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hispanic market and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic television production environment.

  Job Duties:

  Content Development:

  Generate innovative and engaging ideas for show segments, interviews, and features.

  Research and pitch compelling stories relevant to the target audience.

  Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure accurate and high-quality content.

  Segment Production:

  Oversee the production of assigned segments, coordinating all aspects including scripting, visuals, and on-air elements.

  Direct and guide on-air talent, ensuring a cohesive and polished presentation.

  Work closely with technical and creative teams to enhance the visual appeal of segments.

  Show Planning and Coordination:

  Collaborate with the show's general producer to develop the overall editorial direction and vision.

  Participate in editorial meetings to discuss upcoming shows, themes, and special features.

  Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of show elements.

  Audience Engagement:

  Leverage social media and other platforms to enhance audience engagement and participation.

  Monitor audience feedback and adapt content to meet viewer preferences.

  Deadline Management:

  Ensure all production elements are delivered on time and within budget.

  Work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

  Basic Requirements:

  Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.

  At least 10 years of proven experience as a producer in a television news and entertainment environment.

  Deep understanding of the Hispanic market and cultural nuances.

  Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
