　　Do you enjoy hands on work and have an eye for detail? We are looking for Kitchen Technicians to work in the Winston-Salem location. This is an experienced level position with at least 2 years needed. This is a great opportunity to hone in skills in the Kitchen Technician field and gain experience in a fun work environment.

　　salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

　　education: High School

　　Responsibilities

　　Restaurant equipment repair experience

　　must be proficient in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of oven systems

　　technician must be able to complete approved repairs, improvements, maintenance , or installations within industry standards

　　able to perform maintenance, service, and trouble shoot Kitchen equipment

　　must be driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision

　　the technician will be responsible for accurately troubleshooting and repairing system needs

　　Customer service skills required to communicate effectively with customers

　　Clean equipment/ work area and complete all paperwork required by management

　　Maintain truck inventory, while keeping assigned service vehicle organized and clean

　　Ability to read schematics and understand super head and subcooling

　　ability to lift 75+ lb and carry/climb all types of ladders

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　manual lifting up to 75lbs

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

　　working weekends

　　Skills

　　Kitchen Maintenance (2 years of experience is preferred)

　　Oven Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　Grill Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)
