  About the team

  This role sits within the EMEA E-Commerce Governance and Experience team. This team is responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality.

  Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for EMEA e-commerce Governance and Experience business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis, and make sure the overall strategy direction will be aligned with overall e-commerce business strategy.

  2. Conduct industry research, including but not limited to merchant or product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields, refining and summarizing industry best practices and providing specific implementation solutions and recommendations.

  3. Use analytics tools to produce critical business insights, to ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and to help the team build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives forward.

  Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience related to ecommerce platform governance, ecommerce platform policy or ecommerce customer service is required.

  2. Experience in management consulting or business strategy will be a plus.

  3. Ability to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently.

  4. Outstanding framework and logic, sensitive to data, good communication, and the ability to adapt to high-intensity and fast moving work pace.

  5. SQL-related experience will be a plus.
