Description

　　Summary:The Threat Management Specialist will report directly to the Physical Threat Intelligence Manager and will maintain a comprehensive Threat Management program for Huntington Bank.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Collaborates closely with Regional Physical Security Managers, and other HNB support representatives to prepare and execute a sound mitigation plan for threats to colleagues, customers and assets.

　　Participates, as needed, in activations of the Threat Assessment Team, and provides threat assessments for Threat Management Team.

　　Reviews and tracks threat/incident reports and identifies trends and implements mitigation processes.

　　Works in close coordination with Cyber and Fraud Fusion leads to build holistic threat picture and mitigation plan for HNB.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 3 years of Physical Security or Physical Threat Management experience

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Demonstrated leadership ability.

　　Certified Threat Manager (CTM)
