　　You’ll make an impact by:

　　Being a key technical expert in providing support to the customer base, troubleshooting equipment hardware and software issues, and delivering product/service presentations

　　Serving as a key player in sales support, offering technical expertise during project negotiations and customer visits

　　Ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction

　　Leading and guiding team members

　　Controlling costs effectively

　　Your role will also involve failure analysis, maintaining maintenance information, monitoring trends, and creating comprehensive failure reports.

　　Your defining qualities:

　　Having strong technical knowledge in AC DC Drives System, with an engineering/technical background in drives and automation

　　Operation, service, and maintenance expertise in the relevant product domain

　　Excellent presentation skills, with effective communication skills

　　Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and in MS Office

　　Prior experience in leadership, general management and customer relationship management will be advantageous
