  Job Summary:

By joining the F&B team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Regardless of your specific job, you will help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and fellow employees by living our core values; Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe and Have Fun!

  Job Specifications:

  Expected Pay Range: $15.50 - $15.77 / hour + tips

  If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

  Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time

  Job Responsibilities:

  Make connections with guests and co-workers

  Share our passion for the mountains during service

  Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting

  Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests

  Operate a of Point of Sale system to enter orders properly

  Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the work day

  Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)

  Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support.

  Other duties as assigned

  Job Requirements:

  We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary

  Desire to learn and grow

  Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs

  The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
