Attends to the overall care of thoroughbred racehorses incl feed, water, maint. of stalls & tack, clean, brush, trim ofhorses, disinfect stalls & bedding. Will lift legs & clean feet andapply liniments & bandages to legs as required. Will care for 1-5 horses@ a time including hot walking and tacking up. Employer will provide tothe worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform the duties assigned. 1 mo. exp. req. Liftup to 50 lbs. Worksite Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, 2705 Central Ave, HotSprings, AR 71901. \$15.49/hr Mon-Sun; 40 hrs/wk; day off rotates; splitshifts 5am-11am, 3pm-5pm. OT may be available at \$23.24/hr Employerguarantees work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of the workdays in each12-wk period of the total employment period. Workers will be paidweekly; the employer will use a single workweek as its standard forcomputing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from theworkers paycheck required by law but will make no other deductions.Optional employer-offered housing in the backstretch at no cost to theworker. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred bythe H-2B worker. If the worker completes 50% of the work contractperiod, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.
