LutheranSocial Services of WI & Upper MI is looking for a Therapist - InTraining to work with children, adults and families in communitysettings. Referrals come from county CCS programs, juvenile courtsystem, and county Children Protective Services programs. Our therapistsmeet with children, adults and families in community settings, includingthe home, school, or office to literally and figuratively meet theclient where they are at. This position will primarily providepsycho-therapy and psycho-education using counseling skills andtreatment practices (e.g., exposure to social anxiety) to help clientsovercome barriers related to mental health disorders (e.g., exposure tosocial anxiety) to help clients overcome barriers related to mentalhealth disorders. The position will require some evening and weekendhours to meet the needs of clients. All work travel and documentationtime is compensable.
