　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Strong computer skills using MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:

　　Post secondary education in Administration

　　Experience in an administrative or construction environment

　　JD Edwards, and JWS software

　　Day in the Life

　　Everyday you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different team members and learn multiple areas of the business. From inputting payroll, creating requisitions, work orders, purchase orders and performing daily administration duties, to operating the scales and covering dispatch of trucks, you will be able to have a full understanding of our Carden Operation and additional knowledge of our Southern Ontario Aggregates Resources Group.

　　It is important to be adaptable as priorities and tasks can change quickly throughout the day. You will be able to make processes of your own and be accountable for your projects. One of your main projects will be collecting and organizing necessary documentation for the annual haulage tender process. The central purpose of your job will be supporting the aggregates business and assisting when and where necessary.
