　　Job Description

　　Cintas is seeking a Testing Services Laboratory Supervisor. Responsibilities include leading and advising the team that owns the Testing Services process for all products intended for use in the following divisions: Rental, Direct Sales, Facility Services and First Aid & Safety; driving execution based off established strategies and generate process improvements to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders; ensuring all lab tests conducted internally and externally are accurate and on-time; and analyzing and reporting on test lab metrics vs business needs.

　　• Effectively manage a group of direct reports to meet department needs

　　• Analyze data/current performance and identify improvements needed to align with business goals/objectives

　　• Creative thinking/problem solving when faced with conflicting priorities

　　• Possess the drive, energy, tenacity and stress tolerance to achieve personal and business standards of excellence.

　　Skills/Qualifications

　　Required

　　• High School Diploma or GED required

　　• Bachelors Degree preferred

　　• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet

　　• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

　　• Testing, Lab, QA, QC, Engineering, Project Management or similar background preferred

　　• 1+ years managerial experience preferred
