　　The Testing and Validation Technician II is responsible for performing engineering test activities to deliver custom and engineered or made to order solutions. This role works closely with project and engineering teams to ensure engineering solutions meet customer requirements, project schedule, and budget.

　　This position is part of Pall’s Global Process Engineering group and will be located in the Portsmouth, working 5 days on site.

　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Work as part of a cross functional team carrying out hydraulic testing of products ensuring safety and functionality are met in accordance with the customer requirements and current legislation.

　　Develop Hydraulic test, electrical/electronic and software skills.

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Requires basic knowledge and experience of hydraulic test techniques and measurement methods.

　　Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Specific physical abilities required by the job include.

　　Occasionally lift and/or move up to thirty-five pounds.

　　Use hands to finger dexterity,

　　Handle objects tools or controls,

　　Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

　　Communicate clearly ( Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant engineering disciplines.

　　Knowledge and experience with Data Acquisition and control (National Instruments Labview preferred)

　　Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel (i.e., creation and maintenance of spreadsheets and written reports).
