　　Position Summary:

　　The Test Supervisor coordinates the daily workflow through the test department and adjusts workflow and resources to support company needs. This individual leads work reviews, monitors quality and efficiency metrics; as well as provides reports on test activities, problems and improvements.

　　Position Responsibilities:Develop daily work priorities and communicate workflow needs to the test team. Adjust workflow and assign tasks as company needs dictate.Maintain cleaning schedule (6S) and ensure the test team completes necessary cleaning.Maintain test assets inventory and submit assets for calibration per schedule. Assign inventory tasks as needed.Knowledgeable in testing to maintain workflow. Be able to follow test procedures, schematics, and manfacturing documents.Interface with engineering and other departments to communicate status of testing priorities and results.Attend and participate in various production and engineering meetings to ensure workflow is aligned with company and customer needs.Serve as primary back-up to the Test Manager to ensure department continues to function during absences.Provide regular feedback and coaching to test technicians. Provide performance feedback to Test Manager.Participate with the Test Manager in hiring, employee development, training, counseling, and disciplinary matters.Complete reports and maintain spreadsheets as required.Perform other duties as assigned to achieve company goals and objectives.Essential Skills:Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.Possesses attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Mechanical Ability, experience with hand tools, fine motor skills and dexterity.Capable of handling constant changes in priorities. 

　　Qualifications:Two-year degree from an accredited Electrical Engineering Technical school or five years of related work experience with electronic equipment and computers.Previous experience as a test technician and team lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledgeable in electronics and computer equipment, testing, processing, and troubleshooting circuit components.Ability to work additional hours as required.Ability to obtain additional security clearance required.
