Test Integration Engineer (HIL) Location: Tustin, CA Duration: 5-6 months Description: Responsibilities: Test Case developed for all program specific Technical Safety Requirements identified as gaps to be closed Refinement and unblocking the program specific existing Test Cases for HIL blocked for execution Close assigned tickets with work product defined Develop a guideline for TC development for future use Debug and unblock execution blockers for regression Scripting knowledge to develop HIL TCs is a plus Background: Good understanding of battery systems and integration, battery safety and battery control Previous experience with Client design Expert in developing test cases/methodologies using Hardware-in-loop test systems in verifying vehicle electronic system functionalities & performance based off specifications Expert in developing fault insertion test cases and writing automation test sequences/scripts in verifying ECU diagnostic functions using Hardware-in-loop system Detailed understanding of interaction between BCS and the rest of vehicle; Detailed understanding of battery sensing, controls and diagnostic Experiences with Client hardware specifications, e.g., contactor drivers, CAN interfaces, pyro drivers, high voltage measurements, pack current measurement, Client power supply circuit, isolation detection, etc. Familiar with requirements management tools (e.g. JAMA, etc.) and issue tracking tools (Jira, etc.) Familiar with ISO 26262, especially part 4/5/6 Familiar with system requirement development from the ground up, using systematic engineering analysis.
