　　We are looking for a Technical Program Manager, who will show passion for driving data-driven decisions through business data and analytics necessary to deliver and manage large services and solutions. You will have experience delivering and coordinating large enterprise programs and projects using software engineering best practices such as project planning, functional design, resource budgeting, issue/risk management, and cross-division coordination. The team’s focus is smart growth, high efficiency, and delivery of next level experience to our customers and partners worldwide. 　　Demonstrate experience with the Software and Service Delivery Life cycle.

　　Basic SQL , Kusto and C# skills to assist with process optimization.

　　Qualifications

　　Required/Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.o OR equivalent experience.

　　1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Other Requirements:

　　Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

　　Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.o OR equivalent experience.

　　4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

　　1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

　　Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
