What You’ll Get to Do:
Enjoy working with software engineers and developers in an Agile development environment to test and deploy system upgrades and software code.
Development of test plans, test cases, test reports, and test data sets.
Participate in the team’s Agile software development process and adhering to all reporting requirements.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Perform manual quality assurance analysis and coordinate with team leads, product leads and other client stakeholders to ensure related products perform and tests validate according to requirements.
Provide support to team as needed with the design, development and execution of automated testing using tools like Selenium.
Identify, record, document and track bugs using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and VersionOne
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Support customer product managers with UAT planning and implementation.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
Possess strong testing skills and experience with web applications, supporting functional, accessibility and regression testing requirements.
Experience with web application testing in a production environment.
Ability to work with standard software testing best practices, writing, and updating technical testing documentation.
Documented experience of software testing tools and processes.
Experience developing repeatable test procedures, executing test scripts and documenting results.
Must be comfortable working with software developers to identify and resolve defects.
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related experience.
Proven work experience in software development and quality assurance
Strong existing knowledge of software QA methodologies for standard web applications, tools and processes and ability to learn new software and technologies as necessary.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Works collaboratively with leads, developers, project managers, and graphics teams.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
